Solve challenges, work as a team and learn new #SkillsForLife. City challenge is a challenge day based within Hull City centre, your team will spend the day completing bases to earn your team invaluable points.

It’s not just about who can get to the most bases in the day it’s about spending your time wisely, working together and promoting positive scouting.

What is the purpose of City Challenge?

City Challenge is all about young people learning skills for life while promoting the positive impact that scouting has on Hull.

When do bookings open?

Bookings will open from early to mid June, check out our social media for updates.

How much does it cost to enter a team?

Each team costs £30, this is to cover equipment hire as well as support the events running. It is up to your group how you pass this cost to your members.

How many can be in one team?

Teams must have a minimum of 4 young people and can have up to 7. Where you are entering a lead team you must also have 2 adults with them, one of which must be a leader (DBS, first aid and safeguarding up to date)

What time does it start and end?

Check-in starts from 9:45 – 10, and the day will end with awards at 4:30
